Hair

So my girlfriend and I, through many a meandering turn of phrase, came to be talking about hair styles, specifically facial hair (she thinks I need a mustache to turn my goatee into a Van Dyke. I'm not yet convinced. [Personally, i've always liked Van Dykes. they're sexy and kinda fun. i guess i'm going to have to work at convincing him though...-Beth])

_Anyway_, as we discussed moustaches, it occured to me that no one is allowed to even _consider_ wearing a tooth-brush moustache because of Hitler. An entire tonsorial style rendered inappropriate by the actions of a single man. How unfair is that!?

Can anyone else think of some type of fashion that's become taboo because of a sole individual? I can't.
